Tools that make life a little easier
Health & Tracking Tools
Simple ways to keep track of how you're feeling, so you and your providers can see the bigger picture.
Apple Health
The Health app on iPhone keeps your health information in one place, like sleep, heart data, and medications.
Get started with Apple Health →Visible Band 2.0
A heart-rate band and app made for people living with energy-limiting conditions like ME/CFS, POTS, fibromyalgia, EDS, and Long COVID. It helps you see how activity affects your body so you can pace yourself.
Leeann uses it to understand what affects her body and symptoms, not for fitness.
Visit Visible →Other tools Leeann has used: Bearable (a symptom tracking app) and an iHealth blood pressure monitor that syncs with Apple Health.
These are tools Leeann personally uses. Everyone's body is different, so talk with your provider about what's right for you. Rare Not Invisible isn't affiliated with or paid by any of them.
