Listen to Your Body

Living with a chronic or rare disease takes a toll that others often can't see. Your energy matters too.

5 signs you're mentally exhausted

  1. You feel tired even after resting
  2. Small things overwhelm you
  3. You lose motivation
  4. You avoid social interaction
  5. You feel emotionally drained

Mental exhaustion is your body asking for rest, not pressure.

Remember to give yourself grace. The marathon is a heavy burden to carry, and it is completely valid to feel exhausted by it.
